Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Hi Meagan,
We understand how the proposed enhancement could be beneficial to you as part of a Cúram based solution. However, since you have been able to find a work around for your issue and because it is not likely that we will be able to prioritise this on our backlog in the near future, we are rejecting your request.
Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

See my comments in 95935 pt 3 where if the citizen is not considered eligible for a program then they should not be able to click the Next button to go an apply online for that program. This is confusing to the user and can result in applications being submitted in error. I realize that this ability is present as citizen's are informed that they are 'potentially' ineligible and to support the no wrong door philosophy.
One suggestion on dealing with this is to provide a checkbox to the program config to ensure that the citizen cannot apply for the program if the screening deems them ineligible. In Singapore we were able to provide this functionality by customising the ScreeningResults.xml to make an additional facade call to conditionally display the 'Next' button on this page based on eligible programs available.
This one is marked as 'Need More Info' - do you need further information to investigate?
Hi Meagan,
Thank you for your enhancement request. We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release. I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.
Thank you,
