Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

The UA home page needs enhancing to be more configurable

Currently citizens have no context and do not understand how to do what they need from the two options provided - Check if Am I Eligible or Apply for Benefits. There needs to be a configurable element added to the home page to remove buttons or change the name.

    Hi Meagan,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that since you have been able to find a work around for your issue and because it is not likely that we will be able to prioritise this on our backlog in the near future, it cannot be implemented at this time.

Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

While we can change the name of the 'Am I Eligible' and 'Apply for Benefits' buttons on the UA landing page, we are not able to remove them by configuration in the same way we can disable triage for example. It would be good to be able to be able to remove the 'Apply for benefits' by configuration. The scenario comes from a requirement Singapore had that a citizen cannot apply for a benefit unless they have been through the screening. With UA, the citizen can skip screening and go directly to 'Apply for benefit'. If we could remove the 'Apply for Benefit' and not have two buttons on the screen when only one should/can be used.

We caught this scenario in the code such that if the citizen hasn't gone through screening and they click on the apply for benefit, then they get sent to screening directly.

A similar situation exists in the screening eligiblity result whereby if the citizen is considered ineligible for a benefit, they can still continue and apply. This situation was also caught in the code to prevent the citizen continuing if they are ineligible.

To support these scenarios, it would be beneficial if:

    1. there was a property to remove 'Apply for Benefit' from the UA landing page in same way as triage can be removed.
    2. additional configuration against the program such that a checkbox would be added to ensure that screening must be performed prior to applying for the program
    3. additional configuration against the program such that a checkbox would be added to ensure that the citizen must be eligible for program before they can apply

These code changes would be simple to do in the application as we were able to do it in the code by compliant customisation.

    Hi Meagan,

In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more detail on the user problem. It is not clear what the user problem is from the description provided.
We also need to understand why this is a problem and what the business impact of this problem is.

The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your requirement.

    Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
