Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Display latest eligibility and pending verifications on the Citizen portal.

Display latest eligibility and pending verifications on the Citizen portal. NC project also is interested in getting display verifications feature.

For the latest eligibility information in CP - the main goal is to prevent population that was initially QHP eligible , and due to CoC (done on case worker side) becomes eligible for public programs(MA, BHP) enrolling into QHP plans. Right now the System allows navigation to Plan Management even after the change in program. The result page is not reflecting the latest eligibility information , so this part is expected to be changed. Any paper verification that are outstanding on the case when the application is submitted should be presented on the eligibility result page. It will allow case workers, assistors, citizen to turn them back much quicker without delay in delivering benefit. In addition additional section in CP user account around outstanding verification is welcomed. The expectation is that if new verification are raised because CoC (online or case worker) the newly crated verification are added to CP section to be presented to user.

    Hi Kelly,

We are happy to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.10.0.

The new Citizen Verification feature was released in IBM Cúram Universal Access 2.7.0 and more information can be found in the What's New for this release: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.10/com.ibm.curam.universalaccess.doc/CitizenEngagement/r_CEINST_UA_270_release_notes.html

We hope that this addition to the product will meet your requirements sufficiently.

I will now close this ticket as delivered.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

    Hi Kelly,
Thank you for raising this enhancement request via the RFE portal. We are aware that you raised this previously using the pmr system and wanted to let you know that our original response is still valid, i.e.
With respect to the display of the latest eligibility result on the citizen portal, as in the example of when a UQHP eligible citizen then becomes Streamlined MA eligible due to a change of circumstances initiated by a case worker, we agree that there is currently no way to push this updated eligibility information back to the citizen portal, and that this is a valid requirement. We have an existing enhancement to look at how the client's latest eligibility result can be made available on the citizen portal and will include this use case in that work. There is currently no information available; however, in terms of when this will be implemented in product. For the requirement to display pending verifications on the citizen portal, we have considered this request but this is not an enhancement that we are considering for product at this time.
Please monitor the status of the RFE for updates on progress of the enhancement.

    Thanks,
    Claire
