Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Resolution to include Add feature on Citizen Portal Application IEG Summary Screen Clusters

The "Add" feature in the Summary page of the application IEG seems to display inconsistently across various sections of the page.

When an applicant answers "No" to certain conditional questions previously in the script, and no other applicants have answered yes to these questions, there is no option to add this information in the respective sections of the Summary page (e.g. Pregnancy, Student, Foster Care, Income). Since the user is unable to add the information from the Summary screen, the user would need to navigate back to the associated questions to add the information (Back button in the IEG or the section headers on the left side of the page). Some sections make sense to not have an Add button if no evidence is present--it wouldn't make sense to have an Add button for an income deductions related section if there is no underlying Income present.

    Hi Kyle,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion and require more information to properly understand the issue.

In theory our IEG infrastructure already supports the addition of Add links on list elements on Summary pages.

Have you already raised a support case for this issue so that you can send the IEG script you are using to us for further analysis? If so please let us know the support case reference number.
If not I suggest that would be the first step and then the result of that analysis would determine whether a defect or enhancement is required to meet your requirement.

Please provide the requested information within 30 days so we may proceed with our evaluation. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe we will have to close the request due to insufficient information.

    Thank you,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team
