Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

User able to resume saved application when logging back into Citizen Portal account via Apply for Assistance with Health Care

This request is to streamline the functionality for a user when resuming an application for a Citizen Portal user account.

In current OOTB behavior, a user who has created a user account in the Citizen Portal is able to enter their credentials in the "Log into your Account" section of the Citizen Portal landing page. Upon login, the Home page displays which enables that user to view and resume any In Progress applications.

Alternatively, a user is also given the option to login to their user account from the Citizen Portal home page by clicking "Apply for assistance with your Health Care." A user who has already created an account is able to click the "Log in if you already have an account" option, and can enter their login credentials when clicking "Next." When the user logs in, they are navigated directly to the Getting Started page of the IEG rather than the Home page. This is problematic because the user is unable to view or resume any In Progress applications unless they navigate to the home page. Many users continue with the IEG script, which results in unfinished applications remaining In Progress.

Ideally, the behavior when logging in via the "Apply for assistance with your Health Care" option with an existing user account would mirror the behavior when logging in via the "Log into your Account" section of the Home page. The user should be able to view any in Progress applications so that they have the option to resume or delete as needed. This would improve usability and prevent a backlog of In Progress applications.

    Hi Kyle,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

The new Universal Access responsive Web Application released in v7.0.3 has superseded the UIM-based user interface for Universal Access. The version of Universal Access you are using is still supported however, any future enhancements will be targeted on the new Univeral Access Web Application.

Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram SPM product.
