We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

A configuration does not start from first page of the caseworker application form when resuming

Problem description We fixed a few stuck application scenarios from the caseworker application form IEG by making the registered person's date of birth and gender read-only. See PMR: 48879,004,000 for details of the local fix provided.

Now the procedure to change dob or gender of a registered person during application form is.

If the caseworker realize that the first person's date of birth or gender was registered incorrectly while filling the application form, he/she have to save and exit the application form. Go to the person home page and change the corresponding evidence. Resume the application form and proceed. We have added a custom function to reload the new date of birth and gender for the person to the caseworker IEG.

Since the caseworker can save and exit from any page of the IEG and change the dob and gender and resume the application from where he left, we have given training instructions to the caseworkers to start the application IEG from the first page (Getting started Page) to fire all validations and age and gender specific conditional questions.

However, we cannot make it mandatory on the IEG to start from the first page when resuming application, and if the caseworker does not go back to the first page it may cause stuck applications in some cases and necessary information may not be present in the datastore entity (such as isStudent, isPregnant etc).

So the customer wants to have a configuration to always start from the first page when resuming application from at the caseworker side IEG without losing any data already entered. That will help us restart the application form while resuming and solve all our problems, caseworker will just have to run through the application form and review each page and fill the necessary changes and proceed.

This enhancement request is a priority for us which will prevent caseworker from entering incomplete applications and applications being stuck. Business impact: Caseworkers are submitting incorrect applications and some of them get stuck since we cannot enforce them to start the IEG from the first page.
