Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Instructional message displays when secondary applicant is Primary Applicant

Currently, when the first person entered into an application script is non-applying, the system requires that the second person entered on the application is an applying member. There is no prompt or question to ask if the second member is applying for Medicaid. In order to more clearly communicate with our recipient base, we are requesting that instructional text be added to the Citizen Portal application script to advise the applicant of the need for this secondary member to be applying for Medicaid when the primary 'applicant' is non-applying.

    Hi Kyle,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * You are requesting that when a user creates an application for Insurance Affordability benefits on the Citizen Portal, if the first person entered into the application is non-applying, then additional text should be added to the 'Information About Primary Applicant' page in the application script to advise the user that the second person added to the application must be applying for benefits.

We acknowledge the benefit of the proposed enhancement. However, we don't have a large demand for this capability across our client base and it is therefore best addressed by each client to meet their specific needs.

OOTB IEG scripts are provided as a customizable starting point to assist customers with the implementation of an application. It is expected that customers will customize the scripts to meet project-specific requirements.

There are no plans to update the OOTB IEG script to incorporate the new informational message and we recommend that you address the issue with local customization. Please refer to the ‘Authoring Scripts Using Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) guide’ in the Knowledge Center for further information.

We are closing this request and do not plan to take any further action. If you believe we have misunderstood your request please respond within 7 days with clarifications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.

Procedural question regarding this RFE: we are requesting that a similar informational message also be included in the Worker Portal IEG when the first member on the application is non-applying. Can the existing RFE be amended to incorporate the Worker Portal, or would it be better to submit a separate RFE for this request?

    Thank you,
    Kyle
