Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Optimize HCR IEG scripts for Citizen Engagement

There are many clients who are using older Citizen Portal for their online HCR application and are considering to move to new Citizen Engagement portal. As such they are trying to port their existing HCR scripts, it is highly required that these OOTB HCR scripts (motivation based) are supported OOTB on CE without any tweaking from the customer side. These OOTB scripts needs to be optimized for new Citizen Engagement design concepts. There are several instances such as the relationship is rendered differently, person tab has display issues, phone number and zip code fields do not show as desired, date fields do not show the date picker, hierarchical code tables do not render properly with individual labels etc. and these are difficult for the clients to fix them as often times customization would be required in the core infrastructure level where IEG elements are rendered for CE and also cause unexpected delay in going live with new portal.

Customer Name South Carolina DHHS
Persona Based Summary

As a citizen I want to submit an HCR application online through a portal and it should be easier for me to navigate through the application. It should not be confusing, non repetitive and intelligent enough not to ask the same questions again and also do not confuse me while filling the application.

Market Segment WH Government
Type of Request RFP
Market Opportunity

There are several HCR customers who are considering to move to CE or already moving but facing/faced similar issues.

CURAM:Workarounds + Proposed Solution

Customized the HCR scripts and CE to enable motivation based HCR scripts on CE.

    Hi Sudheer,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion.

Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:

    • You would like the HCR IEG scripts shipped out of the box to be optimized for use in Citizen Engagement.

We acknowledge the benefit of your suggested enhancement however other features are taking a priority in our planning currently. Although we will not be addressing this item in the near term, your suggestion will be available for future consideration. This request will be closed, and we will not be taking any further action. Please note however there are efforts underway to provide a set of sample scripts and improved documentation for best practices while designing and creating IEG scripts for Citizen Engagement.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

    Regards,

    SPM Product Management Team
