Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

    Hi Timothy,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * Rather than a request for FFM functionality for CGISS you are requesting the automatic pre-population of HCR application information into the CGISS application for the purposes of ingesting Account Transfer applications from the FFM into CGISS.

In 6.1 we provided enablement functionality for mapping from the HCR script to the CGISS script (Refer to the " Mapping from HCR to CGISS Script " section in the 6.1 What's New Guide content: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_6.1.0/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/whats_new/Whats_new_hcr.html

There is also further information available on the feature in the HCR Eligibility Results section of the Integration with Income Support section in the HCR Business Guide in the Knowledge Center.
    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_6.1.0/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/HCR/c_HCR_IntegrationWithCGISS.html
    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_6.1.0/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/HCR/c_HCR_IntegrationWithCGISSResults.html

Based on the above information and suggested fix provided, we are closing this request as there are no plans to address this area in the product from FFM to CGISS.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all of the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

    Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team

Our offering currently provides support for the pre-population of HCR application information into a CGISS application.
In 6.1 enablement functionality was provided for mapping from the HCR script to the CGISS script (Refer to the "Mapping from HCR to CGISS Script" section in the "What's new in Version 6.1.0.0" section of the IBM Cúram Version 6.1.0 PDF located at: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/594813

We are closing this request and do not plan to take any further action. If you believe we have misunderstood your request please respond within 7 days with clarifications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.

A member applies through the FFM that is a single adult member who is disabled. They will not qualify for benefits in HCR, but would for CGIS. We want the system to automatically ingest the CGIS application so we do not have to key it in.

    Hi Timothy,

In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more detail on the business scenario you are trying to support.
This did not surface as a requirement for other CGIS non-MAGI Medicaid implementations. Can you please clarify the business case where this would enhance the out of the box product for all customers?

    Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
