Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

On 'Apply changes', The call to FFM was triggered as part of the deferred process(process name - FFE_OUTBOUND_PROCESSING) in the method EligibilityEventListener.postProgramGroupEvent(). The State of Missouri does't want to make the FFM call everytime on 'Apply changes' as they were handling this already in the batch as part of the finalization process.
Even though a curam property ENV_HCR_ACCOUNT_TRANSFER_ACTIVATE_OUTBOUND_MAPPING exist in the postProgramGroupEvent() method which could be used to make the FFM call, this same property is used to control another OOTB functionality EligibilityProcessorImpl.federalExchangeInterestedInEligibility() so we could not use this property to customize EligibilityEventListener.postProgramGroupEvent() compliantly.

    Hi Maribeth,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
On 'Apply changes', The call to FFM was triggered as part of the deferred process(process name - FFE_OUTBOUND_PROCESSING) in the method EligibilityEventListener.postProgramGroupEvent(). The State of Missouri doesn't want to make the FFM call every time on 'Apply changes' as they were handling this already in the batch as part of the finalization process.

Our investigations find this code is part of the Account Transfer module in HCR.

The source code for the Account Transfer sample implementation was released to all customers to enable building out any required functionality including State-specific requirements. We have no plans to enhance the existing Account Transfer sample going forward.

Note: We have an external message that describes the above:

We do not intend to incorporate your request into our product as it does not align with our product strategy. We are therefore closing this request and do not plan to take any further action.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all of the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.
