Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Change of Circumstance for CGIS

There needs to be a Change of Circumstance script for CGIS on the Citizen Portal. My understanding of federal guidelines state that we have to have an application that is available for people online, and that we have to have a method to report changes that match the methods to apply so we should have a COC script online for Non-Magi members.

    Hi Timothy,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * You are requesting that a Change of Circumstance script for CGISS be provided in product for clients to use to submit a change of circumstance when logged into their citizen portal account.

Our offering currently provides a way to meet this business requirement.

Customers are able to use the new Design System with Citizen Engagement (which was provided specifically to allow customers to develop their own custom web applications in addition to the standard IBM Cúram Social Program Management web client) to design/implement a CGISS CoC script for use by a citizen in the portal to submit a change of circumstance.
Information can be found about the Design System in the IBM Social Program Management Design System guide in the Knowledge Center: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.10/com.ibm.curam.designsystem.doc/SPMWDS/ctr_SPMWDSPlatform.html

We are closing this request and do not plan to take any further action. If you believe we have misunderstood your request please respond within 7 days with clarifications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.
