Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Require Ongoing case closure Reason and Comments to populate in Status History

In OOTB V6 there is a sub-navigation tab in the Administration tab
titled Status History. Within this screen the user can see the dates
and times that the Ongoing Case was open and closed and who the worker
assigned to the open case was/is and who closed or re-opened the case.

When a case is closed the user has to enter a Case Closure Reason from
a drop down box and comments before they hit save. Once they have
clicked save the status of the case changes to closed but the comments
and the reason that they entered during the close process doesn't
appear to populate anywhere.

When a user goes to re-open a closed Ongoing Case they have to select a
Re-Open reason from a drop down box and enter comments before they hit
save. However, when they save the re-open reason and the comments
populate next to the new open status line on the Status History screen.

Please refer to PMR 70233999649. There was a previous open APAR PO03339 that was closed as a No Plan to fix. We are now submitting an enhancement for this issue because the Case Closure Reason and Comments are required to display in the Status History.

APAR Description: When a case is closed the closure reason and comments are not displayed in the status history.
Within this screen the user can see the dates
and times that the Ongoing Case was open and closed and who the worker assigned to the open case was/is and who closed or re-opened
the case.

    Hi Amber,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that this request is a duplicate of a former APAR that was closed as no plan to fix. We have re-opened the APAR on your behalf.
We are closing this enhancement request as we will now analyze the issue in the APAR's associated defect ticket.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram SPM product.
