Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests

The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Childs Avatar Location should display In Placement

Currently when a adult is the primary client in an Ongoing case and a child has a removal/placement the avatar location of the child will display blank.

The Business Requirement is when a child has a removal and placement the Avatar in the Ongoing case should display In Placement

Update from IBM on January 11 2016

Given the details provided, there is minimal negative impact here and the impact on our customer base is low. Therefore there are currently no plans to address this. APAR is closed

    Hi Amber,

     

    We are pleased to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in V8.0.0.0 of Curam.

     

    The Avatar for a child in Placements has been updated to include location in all scenarios.

     

    Please refer to v8.0 external release notes https://www.merative.com/support/curam/release-notes/8-0-0 where the resolution was documented under the original APAR:PO05595.

    Hi Amber,

    We have evaluated your request and have determined that this request is a duplicate of a former APAR PO05595 that was closed as no plan to fix. We have re-opened the APAR on your behalf.
    We are closing this enhancement request as we will now analyze the issue in the APAR's associated defect ticket.
