Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Recently Viewed Cases and Providers is Required

Currently, when My Recently Viewed Cases is selected zero results are displayed. No cases are displayed after viewing a Intake, Investigation or Ongoing.

We are requesting an enhancement where the My Recently Viewed Cases will display the list of Intake, Investigation, Ongoing and Providers that were recently viewed. We would expect to see a different color or highlighting of the Cases and Providers that have been recently viewed.

Refer to closed PMR numbers 78381999649 and 70261999649.

    Hi Amber,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:

When a caseworker is accessing information regarding intakes, investigations, ongoing cases, and providers, it would be helpful to provide a way to easily view those items that were recently accessed by the caseworker.

My Recently Viewed Cases was designed to display recently viewed Ongoing cases and we have determined this is actually a defect that requires a code change to correct. We have reviewed this defect with the support team and opened a ticket on your behalf to get this resolved. We are now closing this enhancement request. You may track the request to fix the defect with the new APAR ticket number PO08897.

For the display of recent Intakes, Investigations, and Providers we acknowledge the benefit of the proposed enhancement. However, we don't have a large demand to add these items to "My Recently Viewed Cases" tab or to create a separate tab for these items. Our offering currently provides a way to address this need: caseworkers have the ability to quickly navigate back to different cases types that were previously viewed by using the new 'Smart Navigator' functionality. Please refer to the following sections in the Knowledge Center for further information:

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us.

We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release.
I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.
