Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to define a sort to display IEG error messages to users

There is a lack of ability to control error message display order in IEG. A case worker needs to be able to easily identify which field the error messages relates to and the same applies if this questionnaire is being completed by a citizen.

    Hi Meagan,

Please see the attachment. This is a display of errors messages created by mandatory fields not being entered by the citizen. There is no order given to these error messages. It is not alphabetical nor is based on the way the fields are entered in order on the page. This confuses users. They see the first error message and go to address it - and it is right down the bottom of the page. It is difficult for the citizen to locate the field to update as there is no order provided to them.

This was raised as a PMR 75903000834. I believe this has also been raised by another client but I do not have the details.

Hi Meagan, to analyze your request we require more detailed information on the user problem, use case and business impact. We need to understand why you need this enhancement and the instances where you experienced the issue. If you can provide screenshots to make it clearer what you are describing then that would be helpful. The more detail you can provide, the better we can understand your request. Thank you.
