Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Support for Informational message on IEG Summary page list

What we hope to achieve with this request, particularly in conjunction with our request ‘94644 - IEG expandable/contractable clusters for the summary tables', is to allow a user to quickly scan a summary page and determine which sections require review due to records being added by the user or imported from the case management system when IEG was launched. This will allow us to highlight particular contracted lists to users and indicate that they should review items detailed within.

Our custom code and/or IEG XML would refer the list to a data item within the datastore that was a Boolean that indicates whether the informational text should be displayed. The IEG infrastructure would then render it as required.

Please see attached document for more information.

    Hi Fintan,

We are happy to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.1.0.

A new feature has been added to Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) whereby an informational message may be added to the top of a cluster, a list, or a relationship summary list. The purpose of this new element is to allow the contents of these elements on a page to be described at a glance.

The new informational message element consists of text and an image. For example, if a cluster, a list, or a relationship summary list is contained in a section that can be expanded and collapsed, an informational message can display information about the content when the content is in a collapsed state. The cluster, the list, or the relationship summary list must have a title for an informational message to be displayed.

For more information, see the informational-message section in the Knowledge Center at: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.1/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/AuthoringScriptsUsingIEG/r_AUTHIEG_Elements1Infomsg1.html

We hope that this addition to the product will meet your requirements sufficiently.

I will now close this ticket as delivered.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.
