Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

IEG Script Attribute – highlight-validation errors.

This request stems from PMR - TS001299599, where IBM agreed that the following issue is a defect.

When the IEG script attribute – highlight-validation is set to true, and there are two questions on the page that have the same label, both the questions are highlighted.

IBM Knowledge center recommends not to have multiple questions with the same label, however on the ‘Information About You' page, if ‘Is the claimant's mailing address the same as the claimant's residential address?' is answered as ‘No' the Out of the Box screens have the same labels resulting in both the fields being highlighted even when one of them has been filled out correctly.

This is one screen where we have identified this issue and may occur on various other IEG screens too. This is a useful feature to have which will enhance the user experience. Our analysis has determined that this is an IEG player issue which interprets the script and should be updated to highlight the correct field.

    Hi Chhavi,

    We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time when compared against other priorities we have and the fact guidance on this is provided in the Knowledge Centre: "If two questions on the page have the same label (not recommended) and one of questions failed the validation, both questions are highlighted."

    Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
