Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Don't have the ability to select the primary client

Primary client on the IC is not something that is required so no updates required on the IC. Just required for Medical Assistance.

� Need the ability to change the primary client on a MA PD if the primary client leaves the household or dies.
� Need the ability to select the primary client when creating the MA PD. Currently it is possible to do this for Chip. This needs to be extended for all MA PDs.
� Need the ability to hide the primary client on the Food Assistance/Cash Assistance PD and just display the HOH. The primary client field should not be used to display the HOH. The HOH should come from evidence on the IC. Currently only the label is changed to read HOH but is still displaying the primary client. If they differ the label is displaying the primary and not the recorded HOH for the unit which is incorrect. As HOH may change it is important HOH is stored separately to primary.
