Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to Change Primary Client on Application Case

Scottish Government have the need to change the primary client on application cases.

Currently there is a manual intensive process in changing the primary client on an application case.

    Hi Gary,

    We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * It is not currently possible for a user to manually change the primary client of an application case.

    In V7.0.2 an enhancement was provided to enable customers to configure whether or not primary client-related information should be displayed or hidden within a case, Information can be found at: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.11/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/IntegratedCaseManagementConfiguration/c_ICMCONFIG_Configuring16DisplayCaseClientsCaseListPages.html#d1e1398

    This approach was chosen instead of providing the ability to change the primary client due to extensive analysis that determined that there was not a way to support the ability to change the primary client in the product in a non-impactful manner.

    We do not intend to incorporate this capability into our product as it does not align with our product strategy. We are therefore closing this request and do not plan to take any further action.
