Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

There is no option for automatic closure of ineligible PD cases

In a scenario such as the example below in which all household members are found ineligible for a program after a CoC and reassessment occurs, the PD case remains active and is not closed.

This enhancement has been created to look at having the system automatically close the PD cases in this situation. The use of a configuration option such as an application property should also be considered to give customers a choice as to whether or not they want this to occur.

Another option to consider is to provide an OOTB batch process that could either automatically close PD cases where all members have been found ineligible or notify case owners to manually close the PD cases.

Example Scenario:
An application case is authorized for a single person household with zero income. A Streamlined Medicaid PDC is created for this person as he
satisfies all the eligibility requirements. Now add a new income evidence with Income of type 'Wages and Salaries', Amount $15,000 monthly, and Start Date 1/1/2010 on the person's Integrated Case and apply the Evidence changes to reassess the case. As expected the person becomes Ineligible for the whole certification period.

    As part of our efforts to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion, the offering team has initiated an annual process to carefully review the list of open enhancements.
    We acknowledge the benefit of your suggested enhancement however other features are taking a priority in our planning at this time. Since we will not be addressing this item in the near term, we are closing this request. Although we will not take any further action at this time your suggestion will be available in our ideas repository for future consideration.
