Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Add ability to change Primary Applicant

SCDHHS needs to ability to remove any member from an integrated case once they are no longer associated with the HH. This includes the member who was originally marked as the Primary Applicant on the application case or integrated case. For this reason SCDHHS needs the ability to alter the primary applicant by updating the Application details evidence and this should result in the Primary Client being changed in the Case members tab of the integrated case so that the former Primary Applicant can be removed from the integrated case.

SCDHHS also needs the ability to alter the Primary Applicant on a case regardless of whether or not they intend to remove the person. This may be need based on a request by the member to alter who is the Primary Applicant. The Primary Applicant does display in the primary applicant space on the change of circumstance script and we and to be able to respond to these changes when reported by the client.

    Hello There,

Can I ask if the enhancement also encompasses the Application Case?

    Many thanks,
    Gary

    Hi Timothy,

The next generally available release will address part of your enhancement request through providing the ability to hide references to the primary client.
We will update you more on these changes when the release goes live.
The other part of your request will remain on the backlog to be addressed in a future release.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.
