Shape the future of Merative!
We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas
Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,
Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea
Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Hi Vikas,
We have previously requested more clarifying information. Because the additional information was not provided , this request has been closed.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram SPM product.

Hi Vikas,
We would like to get some further information from you regarding the process you use today to capture Income evidence. As you illustrated with the attached screenshot, you enter evidence one by one but we would like to understand more about how you are using the Evidence Workspace in order to do that.
If we take the following scenario: A client that is paid weekly contacts his caseworker and provides four pay stubs of weekly payments for the same employer, the first two for the same amount and the second two for different amounts. The caseworker then enters the Income evidence for the four paystubs.
Paystub 1: Weekly payment for the period June 4 - June 10, Amount $100
Paystub 2: Weekly payment for the period June 11 - June 17, Amount $100
Paystub 3: Weekly payment for the period June 18 - June 24, Amount $100
Paystub 3: Weekly payment for the period June 25 - July 1, Amount $100
How are your caseworkers capturing this evidence today?
For example, are they creating four separate Income evidence records, e.g. for the first record Frequency = Weekly, Amount = 100, Start Date = June 4, End Date = June 10.
Or are they creating one Evidence record without an End Date and then creating evidence successions on the one record to record changes in amount?
Any information about how you currently apply verifications would also be useful.
Any screenshots that you might be able to provide that illustrate the process that you follow today would also be helpful.
Any further information you can provide about what stages of your current process are most cumbersome would also be helpful.
Thanks for your time and interest in the product,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
