Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Make Evidence Change history clearer

Any changes to dynamic evidence lead to a confusing audit trail in the UI. I.e. Corrections don't show all records and thus it is not possible to see e.g. original creator of the evidence.
Hence there is no way for a user, e.g. an auditor to use these screens to get an accurate picture of what has changed.
This is also assuming that there is no OOTB Case Transaction Log for Participant Data Case?

    Hi Garry,
We are pleased to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Social Program Management, version 8.0.1.

Improvements to how information is displayed in the change history for evidence have been introduced. Caseworkers now have a more consistent view of the information regardless of where in the application they view the evidence. In addition, caseworkers can more reliably see which users made each update to the evidence over time

For more information about this new capability, see the following section in the What's New Guide: Evidence change history improvements

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are now closing this request as delivered.

    Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team

    Hi Garry,

As there was no business justification included with this enhancement request we would like to understand more around when/why/how often DWP use person level evidence versus case level evidence.

If you can give some more insight into how much DWP use person level evidence or maintain evidence there as opposed to maintaining at case level that would help us better understand this request.

    Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
