Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Missing application progress bar in Responsive App (Citizen Engagement Module)

MSD have fairly long online forms that the clients need to fill in to apply for financial assistance. This is primarily because MSD's online forms asks the clients to fill in the details according to their circumstances and then determine the type of benefit/financial assistance that the client may be eligible for. Hence, MSD's financial assistance online form has approximately 400 questions; divided into 13 sections. The ‘Personal and Relationship Details' section is the 1st section in the online form and contains approximately 120 questions. Depending upon how the client answers the questions in the ‘Personal and Relationship Details' section, they are navigated through the rest of the 12 sections in the financial assistance online form.

    Hi Manuraj,

    We acknowledge that this enhancement request has been accepted for consideration. It may not be delivered within the release currently under development however the theme is aligned with our current multi-year strategy and will be considered for a future release.

    IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting.

    IBM will update this request in the future.

    Hi Manuraj,

    Before a decision is made on this enhancement request we are waiting for feedback on the task list pattern which is aimed for a December release.
    We will then look at the evidence to see if a progress bar would help users to successfully complete applications or whether the new delivered task list pattern is sufficient.

    I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.
