Ability to merge related documents as part of Document upload in Citizen Portal

MN is looking for the ability for citizen to upload multiple related documents. These related documents must be merged by the System before sending it over to the Document Management System. For e.g if 10 pages of a bank statement is uploaded as 10 different files, the system should have the ability to merge these 10 pages in to a single document.

Customer Name MN
Market Segment WH Government
Type of Request Customer Requirement
Market Opportunity

This feature will help more clients take on Citizen Engagement.

How do we address this from an SPM verification perspective ? The concern is not related to Document Management system , it is an enhancement request to SPM Document Upload feature to have the ability to merge multiple documents

as a single verification item ?

As noted in the description, for certain verification the client may upload multiple pages of the same document.

For example , to verify Project Annual Income (PAI) , the client is expected to upload Tax returns. Multiple pages of Tax returns needs to be uploaded. From a case worker perspective, they need to look at these multiple pages before PAI is verified.

One more example is to verify Self Employment, the client could upload multiple pay checks to verify Self Employment income. The case worker needs to have the ability to look at all these multiple pay checks as a single document.
