Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Incorrect determinations in CP for future eligibility start dates.

C8HCR 15. The system does not allow an individual who currently has minimum essential coverage (MEC) that is ending to apply and be determined eligible for MinnesotaCare or APTC.

In addition the State of Minnesota has not authorized closure of the PMR from a the State of Minnesota.

The case was separated from the 05435,379,000. The system does not allow an individual who currently has minimum essential coverage (MEC) that is ending to apply and be determined eligible for MinnesotaCare or APTC. As a result, it will guarantee an individual will have at least a one month gap in coverage. For example, if an individual has employer insurance that is ending in January, the individual will need to apply in February in order to be determined eligible for MinnesotaCare or APTC. Since that coverage does not begin until after payment is received, the soonest coverage could begin would be March. This must be fixed asap by January 2) 'The Enable Special Enrollment Shopping functionality will then allow the applicant to enroll on plans through the citizen account.' does not meet fully our needs as client in Minnesota needs to: 2.1. a) a case worker needs to be informed that the ESI is ending b) a citizen needs to be informed to come back to the Exchange and enroll c) Citizen should be able to review new eligibility determination in Citizen Portal based on current/ or near future date and the most recent evidences recordings and take decision step to elect a health plan d) Citizen needs to be able to enroll into QHP/BHP Question: Can Case worker enable a link for Special Enrollment before the end of the non-ESI/ESI that allows enrolling into plans when citizen is not yest eligible for APTC? Answer: No. If the applicant is currently eligible for APTC/UQHP and if the open enrollment period is over, then the special enrollment shopping link can made available on Universal Access though the 'Enable Special Enrollment Shopping' link. If the answer is no , then the solution proposed does not meet Minnesota needs. Please provide business process that allows the customer to enroll into plans when the ESI/non-ESI are not yet ended. The time period when thy are allowed to enroll will be a configuration variable.

We are currently analysing the requirement and will provide another update when that analysis is complete to confirm whether or not the enhancement will be considered in a future functional release.
