Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

The Streamlined Medicaid product delivery case is incorrectly starting in the month after the income end date

When an applicant is moving to a more beneficial program (Insurance Assistance to Streamlined Medicaid) the start date of the new case should be the start of the month in which the change was reported

Steps to Reproduce:
Application Date: June 4th
Submit an Application for an Applicant (48), Tax Filer, Income of $82000 yearly, Start Date: 04/10/2014, End Date: 8/13/2014
In the Citizen Portal, the applicant is determined eligible for Insurance Assistance
Login as HCR caseworker and authorize the Application Case

Issue:
As the applicant is moving to a more beneficial program, moving from Insurance Assistance to Streamlined Medicaid, the start date of the new SM case should be the start of the month in which the change was reported ie August 1st.
Currently, the Streamlined Medicaid product delivery case is incorrectly starting in the month after the income end date.

The Insurance Assistance eligibility period should be: 7/1/2014 � 8/31/2014
The Streamlined Medicaid eligibility period should be: 8/1/2014 � 7/31/2015
