  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

RELATED IDEAS

End Dated Services should not display in the Search Results

Currently, the services end dated in the application are still displayed in the search results throughout the application.

We are requesting an enhancement request where end dated services would not display in any of the services search results. When a service has a end date they should not be selectable. The end dated services should be removed to the background like other lists in the Curam Product.

    Hi Amber,

    We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

    OOTB service deliveries with service dates in the past can be created and authorized, therefore the search needs to return end dated services for selection as this is used by other customers.
    An example is if a service has been end-dated effective 9/30/2018 and a caseworker needs to authorize a service delivery for the delivery of services that occurred on 9/29/2018.
    OOTB we have a validation message on the Schedule page of the Create Service wizard that ensures that the dates of service align correctly with the effective period of the service.

    Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

    Hi Amber,

    Thank you for your enhancement request.
    We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release.
