Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

PEC display "The end date of the primary address has passed."

On PECs when the address that is marked primary address has been end dated the system should display the Informational message "The end date of the primary address has passed." just as it does on a none PEC.

This is how the address stays in sync in the Context panel with the client's current address.

Customer Name ESDC
Persona Based Summary

As a user when the client address that is marked as primary address is end dated the system will display the informational message "The end date of the primary address has passed." on the PEC.

Type of Request Customer Requirement
Market Opportunity

N/A

Usage frequency + #/type of users impacted

This could be a 1-500 or more daily occurrence when addresses are updated and the primary indicator is not changed to the new address. This will help keep the client's address and client's address in the context panel in sync.

hi - ESDC has confirmed the key issue is that the address in the context panel displays which ever address is marked as preferred. This is a priority 2 issue for ESDC.

When a person is registered the Private Address is set with the Preferred Checkbox is checked.

Then if the person's address is updated to a new address and end date the previous address the day prior.

If the end user forgets to check the Preferred Checkbox on the new address then it stays checked on the first address and the context panel address doesn't update to the new address. There is nothing that warns the user that the Preferred Address is now in the past and has been end dated.

In a previous versions V 6 - there was an informational message that displayed "The end date of the primary address has passed. " V 8 is missing this message
