  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Pre customisation hook points for Product Delivery life cycle


Pre customisation hook points required for Product Delivery life cycle status e.g. when a case is activated, closed, submitted for approval, approved, reopened etc.,


Already delivered Product delivery hook points are only for Post activity, eg:postProductDeliverySubmittedForApproval, postProductDeliveryApproved, postProductDeliveryActivation etc.,

If we get Pre ProductDelivery hook points we can completely get red rid of non-compliant customisation.

Each Product delivery status is mix of both pre and post delivery actions, so postProductDelivery actions alone won't sufficient to get rid off the customisation, please consider this enhancement request.

    We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion and require more information to properly understand the issue and the business scenario you are trying to support.

    Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is:

    • request for an additional hook points for Product Delivery life cycle status which would enable the removal of Non Compliant customisations.

    We have the following additional questions:

      1. What non-compliant customizations do you currently have in place in this area (i.e. to work around the fact that the pre customization hook points required for Product Delivery life cycle status do not currently exist in the OOTB product).

      2. What states are currently served by these non-compliant customizations (some are mentioned within the request which include when a case is activated, closed, submitted for approval, approved, reopened etc.). Is this the definitive list ?

      3. What are the business problems currently being solved by these non-compliant custimizations i.e. what is the customer trying to do that is not provided for by the OOTB product in this area?

    Please provide the requested information within 30 days so we may proceed with our evaluation. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, we will have to close the request due to insufficient information.

    I didn't find any field to update the priority. It may be 3 if the priorities were 1,2,3,4..
