Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Investigation due date does not display red clock when past due

There is a defined field on the Home Page of the Investigation case that states Investigation Due and it is set to show the specific end date of 45 days from the start date of the Investigation. Currently the Past Due clock is not turning Red when the Investigation has been open past 45 days.

There is a Business Requirement that the clock on the Investigation Home Page should turn red when the case has been open for more than 45 days.

    Hi Amber,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * When an Investigation passes its due date, caseworkers can easily see that this has happened when they view the Investigation case or the Investigations listed in the 'My Child Welfare Investigations' pod.

    * For the Investigation case a potential solution is to update the clock icon that is displayed beside the Investigation Due field in the context panel of the Investigation case to display in red when the Investigation is overdue. For the 'My Child Welfare Investigations' pod, a potential solution is to display a red overdue clock beside Investigations that are overdue.

We acknowledge the benefit of your suggested enhancement however other features are taking a priority in our planning at this time. Although we will not be addressing this item in the near term, your suggestion will be available for future consideration.

This request will be closed and we will not be taking any further action.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all of the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

    Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team
