Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Generate Verifiable Credentials from SPM for SPM determined entitlements or service authorisations.

Social program agencies require a mechanism to generate easily verifiable digital documents Ex: Entitlement , appeal decision, provider service authorisations etc. that can be verified by third parties.

SPM could allow creation and distribution of cryptographically verifiable digital credential that can be easily verified by third party service providers, entitlements and service authorisation determined by the SPM Eligibility system.

This enables easy automation which would reduce the need for manual document verification, they could simply use the digital credential to verify through SPM.

This digital ID can be saved in a wallet on clients mobile phone / or personal cloud and presented at the Third party service provider, who would then call an SPM service that would verify the cryptographic information in the credential to verify if the client is authorised.

Market Segment WH Government
Type of Request Idea
Market Opportunity

Potentially reduce cost through more integrated automation and reduced manual work due to a trust system to verify digital documents.

Potentially with more adoption between other agencies can create a trustful exchange of digital documents for identities and verifications at multiple levels.

Usage frequency + #/type of users impacted

case workers and other third party users who spend a lot of time manually verifying digital documents

Citizens who need to present a lot of documents for verifications

CURAM:Workarounds + Proposed Solution

A Possible solution would be to integrate Microsoft EntraID service, that generated verifiable credentials and provides a mechanism to verify those credentials and seamlessly integrates with microsoft authenticator wallet.
