Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Enhanced Print for SPM and Child Welfare

The use-case… Extracting data, person, case, plans, notes, visits, relationship, evidence and related cases etc for the purpose of disclosure to first nations orgs, legal entities, point-in-time arching and more.

The feature… Something aligned to the way print works for outcome management, whereby a user can select print and receive a list of available areas to include. The system would then perform the print, likely in the background, and notify once a PDF has been generated. Perhaps the PDF could be assigned to a person or case as an attachment.

The abililty to have configuration or extension to this feature is key also. This would enable customers to use this feature as the base and include additional data items and configure some aspects of the PDF generated such as logos etc.

Customer Name Saskatchewan - Ministry of Social Services, Alberta ACS - Alberta Children's Services, Ontario - Minstry Children Youth Svcs, Workers' Compensation Board of British Columbia
Persona Based Summary

See above explanation

Market Segment WH Government

This type of feature is regularly needed in GTM demos

Usage frequency + #/type of users impacted

In Saskatchewan and all Child Welfare deployments this feature will be used very regularly for the purpose of legal disclosure, sharing records with the First Nation communities

CURAM:Workarounds + Proposed Solution

Customers are typically performing screen prints, SPM feature prints and consolidating into a single report manually before sending to target. This process can take several days (as reported by Alberta)

    Hi Nick,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion.

Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:

    • You are requesting product support for the retrieval of case and client data (e.g. plans, notes, visits, relationships, evidence, and related cases) so that caseworkers can select the data they wish to include in a printed document.

The theme is aligned with our current strategy for our product to make data more accessible and we have accepted your suggestion as a consideration for a future release.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.

    Regards,
Sheryl Brenton, SPM Product Management Team

Comment on the name. Case Print is fine, but to be clear it would have to include personal data also, ie, the Personal Data Case (PDC).

This would be a very useful feature for Child Welfare agencies who also need to prepare 'case packets', for example to share with courts as part of the related legal actions.

This has been called "Case Print" where I have seen it before.
