Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Client Snaphot View

Providing a snapshot view of the Client and the most pertinent information relating to them, on a single page would be hugely beneficial to organisations. Details could include data such as:

  1. Cases they are attached to

  2. Recent payments (including deductions)

  3. Recent communications

  4. Recent notes

  5. Recent evidence updates

  6. Recent verification updates

  7. O/S Over and underpayments

  8. Open tasks

  9. Relationships

This list is not exhaustive, but provides some ideas for the types of information that could be provided. Locating these types of information in SPM currently takes a high degree of navigation and clicks.

All included data should be configurable, inclusing the time frame to display. Clients should also be provided with a mechanism to add in their own custom data.

I want to be provided with a snapshot of key Client data

So that I can immediately see the key events assocuated to the Client

I beleive that most SPM customers would welcome this enhancement as it could lead to more efficient processing of queries etc and improve the end user experience of SPM.

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:

    • You are requesting an enhancement to provide a centralized view of a person so that caseworkers can more quickly view and understand the most pertinent information for the person across all of their cases.

The theme is aligned with our current strategy for our product to continue to improve caseworker productivity and we have accepted your suggestion as a consideration for a future release.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestion.
