Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Hi Jason,
We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion to add Meeting Minutes to Participant Data Case.
The theme is aligned with our current multi-year strategy for our product and we have accepted your suggestion as a consideration for a future release. Not all items under consideration will make it into a release. As plans are confirmed, you will be notified when a specific release includes this enhancement.
Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.
Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team

Hi Jason,

Hi Shane, sorry for the delay in responding. Our main use case relates to local delivery. These users are situated in front line centres, not just Social Welfare sites, but doctors surgeries etc. They are their to help vulnerable citizens, in a face to face situation. What they need, is an ability to document and share the outcome of the meetings that they have held with the citizen, including any recommendations and outcomes.
The reason for using the more structured meeting minutes rather than notes, is that the client wishes to drive a consistent response model, and also be able to drive management information from the data recorded.
Hope this helps.
Hi Jason,
We are still evaluating this request and it would help us to get some further insights into the use cases where the Meeting Minutes need to be at the person level.
We know that you are delivering multiple different benefits (e.g. Best Start Grant (BSG) and Scottish Child Payment (SCP)) so having the Meeting Minutes at Person level would imply that it's a meeting that runs across these benefits.
So could we get some more insights into the use cases and therefore why the need arises for meeting minutes at a person level rather than specific to a particular benefit delivery.
Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
Hi Jason,
Thank you for your enhancement request.
We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release.
I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.
