Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to introduce a custom rendered cluster on a summary page

Because many of our ACCESS NYC summary pages have dense material covering multiple pages, we would like to have the ability to produce a custom rendered cluster on a summary page that includes images and rich text formatting such that we can provide a more user-friendly summarization of the data provided by a client.

This would effectively provide the same opportunity within IEG as with the standard Curam framework – a domain can be mapped to a renderer and can be fed data and output HTML to implement custom requirements around layout. This would afford us the opportunity to leverage user interface design concepts such as cards to lay out IEG summary data in a user friendly and data-type oriented manner.

Please see attached document for more information and a mock up of what we wish to achieve.

    Hi Fintan,

We are happy to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.1.0.

A new feature has been added to the Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) functionality which allows custom HTML to be rendered on a summary page.

This can be achieved by adding a new IEG Script element called custom-output into the required summary page and specifying values for the custom renderer to be used and also the data accessor class to retrieve the data for that renderer.

Data may be retrieved from the associated datastore instance, accessed within a custom renderer and then rendered using custom HTML as required.

For full details about this feature and how to use it, see: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.1/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/WorkingWithIntelligentEvidenceGathering/c_WORKIEG_rendcusthtml.html

We hope that this addition to the product will meet your requirements sufficiently.

I will now close this ticket as delivered.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.
