We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas
Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,
Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea
Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ian and I have both provided background context on this issue and clarification. Please let us know if further information required.
My opinion is to move from XML to UIM for the screens around applications, withdrawal etc as it is near impossible to customise the XML files to achieve the level of customisation a client wants or to make them consistent with the UIM version.

Hi Meagan, so that we fully understand your request, can you please clarify what exactly the requirement here is? Is it to allow customisation - I ask this because you mentioned that there is an expectation that static pages can be updated in one go rather than having to touch each page. Or is this simply a broad issue with the UI? Thanks.
Thanks for the further information Meagan. We'll look into this and get back to you.
As the customer has control over the IEG questionnaire look and feel - they expect tha they can update these static pages in one go rather than go and touch each page. They believe some of the pages are laid out in a less desirable fashion and they all do not have the same look and feel.

Hi Meagan, to understand you request we need more detailed information on the business problem, with screenshots and the business impact and use case. Thanks.
There is not a user problem - the pages work functionality fine. It is about user experience. It is about consistency in theme so that there is a consistent experience theme for users.
Hi Meagan,
In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more detail on the user problem - why is this a problem and what is the business impact?
The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your requirement.
Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
