Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests

The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Withdraw Applications page drop down needs to be changed for usability

A citizen needs to select a drop down reason in a consistent manner that they understand within the whole of UA. The drop down box on two lines is very confusing on the Withdrawal of application from My Applications page. and as it does not resemble a normal drop down.

      Hi Meagan,

      We are happy to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.3.0.

      Your requirement to have the Withdraw Applications page drop down improved for usability has been delivered in the new release of Universal Access.

      The Universal Access user experience has been transformed to address this issue and more.

      Universal Access delivers two new features in Version 7.0.3.0:
      • IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application
      • IBM Social Program Management Design System

      Hi Meagan,

      We would like to notify you that this enhancement will be delivered in the next generally available (GA) release.

      Your requirement to have the Withdraw Applications page drop down improved for usability will be delivered in the Citizen Engagement release of UA.

      Hi Meagan,

      We acknowledge that this enhancement request has been accepted for consideration. It may not be delivered within the release currently under development, however the theme is aligned with our current multi-year strategy and will be considered for a future release.

      IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting.

      IBM will update this request in the future.

      Arrow for drop down is on the left so users do not think it is a drop down and start typing in the field as they believe it is a cursor on the left side.

      Hi Meagan, can you please provide some screenshots to help us understand exactly what your requirements are. We need to understand what you mean by consistent and also by the drop down box having two lines. Screenshots will help us see exactly what you are referring to. Thanks.
