Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

The ADD and CHANGE links on the COC script must be configurable.

The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is requesting that the “Add” and “Change” links on the Change of Circumstance (COC) script be made more configurable so that they can meet the needs of SCDHHS. Below is a screen shot of OOTB COC script that shows the link a member would click on to add a member. SCDHHS must have the ability to alter both the size of the link and the exact text of the link. We feel that this link is too small and that users unfamiliar with the system may not see it so they will not use the COC script to add a member to the case. This is why we will need the ability to alter the size of the text that displays in the link. We also want the ability to adjust the text used in the link to display the exact text that SCDHHS want to display to the user. For example, in the “Your household” section we may want the link to read “Add a member to your case”. While in the income section we may want the link to read “Report an additional income” as opposed to just displaying “Add” to the user.

Second, we want to have the ability to alter the text for the link that currently displays as Change in the action section of the COC Script. This request is also made so that SCDHHS can adjust the text of the link to clearly communicate with our end users. For example, for change in the income section we may want to display text that reads “Update your income for this employer” while in the Authorized Representative section we may want the link to read “Remove your Authorized Representative”.

    Hi Timothy,

We have re-reviewed your enhancement suggestion.

The script design for Life Events has improved significantly in the new Universal Access Responsive Web application. The screen shot attached shows how the design has been improved and should meet your business requirements. You can also change the text using the configuration options described in these articles:

This request will be closed and we will not be taking any further action.
Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all of the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

Usability features of UI along with additional Configurability tools currently targeted for 2H 2016 release should address the specific requirements being requested within this RFE. Additional detail will be available as official roadmap and deep dive sessions begin towards the end of August.

Update: For Add and Edit links, you can change the text on a per script basis (all the links in the script) through configuration properties. For the Add link, you can specify an Add title so that the text can be modified for each link (introduced in 6.2, RTC 107748).

There is currently no option to do this on Edit links, and cannot be done for the size of links.
