  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Require a Concern Role Search Feature Within IEG

Customer is considering implementing a search capability (i.e. Provider Search) within IEG and would like to know if we are considering any types of such enhancements in the near future to IEG. I've searched in JIRA and could not find any related tickets.

For example, while entering details through the IEG script, the citizen will need to provide provider details , such as, their Doctor or Medical Provider. These participants have already been registered within the C�ram application and it would be useful for the citizen to be able to select their provider without having to key in all the details. The size of the number of providers registered within C�ram may be approx. 5000+ and hence we are looking to incorporate a Concern Role search function within IEG script. We are anticipating that there may be a performance and usability repercussion (page may hang), if we try to display all these providers in the IEG question page as a list, etc.

Can you please advise if Product Development are considering incorporating the above functionality or similar within IEG in the near future.

    We have re-evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

    Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
