  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Phone Number Format Consistency

We are requesting that the HCR Worker Portal OOTB code be updated to align with other OOTB code bases such that the Phone Number fields are displayed as 'XXX' 'XXXXXXX' as opposed to 'XXX' 'XXX' 'XXXX'. The 3/7 box configuration appears to be the way the these fields are configured for both CGIS portals as well as the HCR Citizen Portal. Only the HCR Worker Portal configuration is 3/3/4.

We had customized some pages of the affected scripts, which had resulted in some validation errors being encountered due to the inconsistent formatting of the phone number fields.

    We have not received the additional information we previously requested from you that would allow us to fully understand and evaluate your enhancement request. Since we have not received the information within the 30 day timeframe, we are closing this request.

    We previously requested that you provide more details so that we can fully understand your requirements as follows:

    We checked the format in the OOTB SPM application (logged in as our 'hcrcaseworker' user), using your use case as an example and also a use case where the first member is the primary applicant. In all cases the phone number format is XXX XXXXXXX, even for the Phone Number evidence that is created.

    Can we get some further information from you about where you are seeing the XXX XXX XXXX format?
    Steps to reproduce and screenshots would be very useful.

    It looks like some attempts were made to add attachments by Daniel Spighel but were not successful.

    Can you please follow up and check if this information can be provided?
