Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Enable multiple sections on the IEG to allow the user to jump around the sections

NC is implementing the Child Welfare solution as part of the NC FAST Program and is leveraging the Intelligent Evidence Gathering for Intake Reports. The IEG does not enable all the sections of the wizard when it is first launched and hence restricts the user from navigation across multiple sections of the wizard. The IEG forces the user to select and enter details for a section (or mark as Not Applicable/No) before proceeding to the next.
The social workers would like more flexibility in navigating the IEG and be able to jump from one section to another without necessarily having to add details to a previous section.

    Hi,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time as it does not align with our current roadmap strategy and it is therefore not something that we plan to address in-product.

Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

    Hi,

In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more information so that we can fully understand your requirements.

    1. Examples of the sections (perhaps some screen shots of the script the Intake worker sees to illustrate what the sections are, where they want to move ahead to, screen shot of that section)
    2. Why the customer wants to jump ahead to other areas before completing another?

    Thank you,

    Hi Gouri,

In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more information so that we can fully understand your requirements.

    1) We are trying to understand what your starting point is for this. Please provide exact steps for the enhancement.
    2) Are these assessments out of the box or custom in reference to the RFE?
    3) What configurations for the IEG were done?

    Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
