  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to use the Close Button on Preview Contact Log Details

The Close button is not functioning on the Preview Selected Contacts screen. When the button is clicked, nothing happens.

It is a Business Requirement that the close button functions when selected in the contact log details. A PMR was submitted to IBM which Opened an APAR PO06752 . The APAR has been closed as a no plan to fix which does not meet our Business need. This issue causes significant business impact so an enhancement is being submitted as a request for this issue to be resolved in the Product. We are requesting an enhancement for the Close Button on the Preview Contact Logs to function as expected. It is expected when the close button is selected the Contact Logs Page will display.

    Hi Amber,

    We have evaluated your request and have determined that this request is a duplicate of a former APAR that was closed as no plan to fix. We have re-opened the APAR on your behalf.
    We are closing this enhancement request as we will now analyze the issue in the APAR's associated defect ticket.
