Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Preview functionality should not be executed when the Preview Selected Contacts Link is selected

When we select the contact logs and click on Preview, the submit method should just return the list of contact logs selected but it was
executing the preview functionality for each contact log and returns the xml data back to the screen which is just ignored by this screen.

The preview functionality should not be executed when we click on the Preview link because the results sent back is just ignored by the screen and the same functionality is again executed by the Preview page.

Please refer to closed PMR 72177999649 and APAR PO02308 . The APAR was closed as No plan to fix.

We are now submitting an enhancement request because it is a requirement that the Preview functionality should not be executed when the Preview Selected Contacts Link is selected because it causes performances issues in the application.

    Hi Amber,

    We have evaluated your request and have determined that this request is a duplicate of a former APAR that was closed as no plan to fix. We have re-opened the APAR on your behalf.
    We are closing this enhancement request as we will now analyze the issue in the APAR's associated defect ticket.
