We invite you to shape the future of Curam, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas

Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the Curam team to refine your idea
Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests
The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Currently, when completing a Child Welfare Search by owner the result is displaying incorrect results. The search result is displaying cases that are owned by Users that have the same letters in it as the searched owners name. This search is case user specific so only cases that are assigned to that user should display in the search result.
We are requesting an enhancement where the application would only display the cases that are assigned to the Owner that is specified in the Child Welfare Case Search Owner field.
Please refer to closed PMR 83970999649 and Closed APAR PO04363.

Good afternoon,
Agreement reached in a meeting between Cúram and Linkin team on March 28th 2025, was to close out these lower priority ideas and instead the high priority ideas (top 1-6 ideas discussed) have been identified for consideration in future roadmap.
Although we will not be addressing this item in the near term, your suggestion will be available for future consideration. This request will be closed, and we will not be taking any further action.
Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.
Regards,
Angela Brady, Cúram Product Management Team
Hi Amber,
I checked with the owner of this site and the response was:
There are no known problems with attachments at the moment.
We did additional testing with attachments multiple times with different files and we were not able to reproduce this issue.
All the files are scanned for viruses. There is also a size limit of 10 MB.
Would you be able to send me the actual file you were trying to attach for us to check further?
Email address: 'shane.mcfadden@ie.ibm.com'.
Thanks & Regards,
Shane

Attach file
Unknown error has occurred while scanning.
(here is the error I am getting when I am attempting to attach a document to this enhancement)
To recreate the issue you have to have cases assigned to the ccscaseworker and the ccssdmcaseworker
IN the Child Welfare search - search for user ccscaseworker
The cases for the ccssdmcaseworker will also display but we would expect only the cases for the ccscaseworker would display
I am getting an unknown scanning error when I am trying to attach a document to this enhancement request.
We see this issue in Version 7.0.3. I will provide the steps and screen prints next week.
Hi Amber,
In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more details such as the version of SPM you are experiencing the issue on along with more detailed screenshot(s) and steps to reproduce.
Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
