•The supervisor of a group of worker will always be one specific person, as per the organizational structure in OOTB.
•Work effort in finding out who is the supervisor if the correct one is not listed.
•Extra work effort to change individual supervisor on each case.
•example: a supervisor has 6 staff and 10 cases for each staff, the supervisor leaves and there is a new supervisor 60 cases need to be manually changed. If the system has the ability to transfer the supervisor ownership of all the cases at 1 time would be an efficiency and ensure the correct supervisor is always listed.
•When a case is transferred to a unit, having the supervisor dynamically populate will save time and ensure the correct supervisor is listed. if the supervisor is not changed then determining who that is needs to be determined outside of the system.
Cases are transferred in the same office to a new worker that reports to a different supervisor in the same office, cases are transferred to a new worker in a new city that reports to a different supervisor and cases are transferred when a supervisor leaves a position and new one is assigned multiple times a day. Cases are transferred on a daily basis in the application. Please let me know if there are any other questions.
Hi Amber,
To help us evaluate your request, can you provide more details so we can better look into your request. Specifically:
What are the consequences and impact to the end user of not having this functionality available in your solution?
How often does this situation occur where the case owner is being changed to someone who has a different supervisor?
How are you working around the issue today?
If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.
Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
