Shape the future of Merative!
We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas
Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,
Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea
Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Hi Nikita,
We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time .
Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram SPM product.

Thank you, an evidence approach would be fine. However we'd like to limit the need for local customization and configuration given that this is a regulatory requirement that would apply for multiple projects – we would prefer a holistic solution, not just an evidence.
If an evidence approach is taken, at a minimum the solution should include the below:
• An evidence (let's call it Program Election) that has a 1:1 relationship with a Pregnancy. The evidence cannot be added without a pregnancy, and not more than 1 evidence can be associated with a given Pregnancy. If there are multiple pregnancies for a given client, each Pregnancy can have a Program Election evidence.
• If a Pregnant Woman indicates she wishes to remain eligible for QHP, then she must not qualify for Medical Assistance under the Pregnant Woman category for the duration of her pregnancy.
• Because the woman must make a choice as to what program she will receive coverage under, eligibility rules must be modified to ensure that when a Pregnant Woman on QHP becomes potentially eligible for Medical Assistance, she is not immediately marked as eligible on an MA PDC. She should be pended/excluded in some way on an individual basis until the Program Election evidence is added.
It appears that there are several ways that this enhancement could be supported. One would be through evidence (e.g. Medicaid opt out) and rules which could be implemented locally. Would this solution meet the business need of the RFE?
Hi Nikita,
Thank you for your enhancement request.
We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release.
I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.
Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
