Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests
The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

IBM Word Integration bridge appears to be getting installed at a user level and not at a system level. The bridge is available at c:\users\\ibm\wordbridge. This is a big issue for us as many of our different offices have the concept of a reception for SA clients and almost all have the concept of interview rooms. The users who serve reception (generally on a rotational basis) or use interview rooms, they logon to the desktop in those areas as their own user profile. Once logged on they would access SAMS and do their work using that device.
Depending upon each office this would be anywhere from 10 users to 30+ users per office. It is impractical for an admin to install the bridge individually for all users using a particular desktop. Even if they managed to do that, it will be a changing thing with new employees or change in roles and will be an endless endeavor. All softwares either work at a system level or provide user the option to pick System or User for installation level. Word Bridge needs to support system level for installation so that each desktop requires only one installation.
