Update on Oracle 23ai and Support for Oracle 19c
Hi Linas,
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to provide an update regarding your previous request for support of the Curam to support Oracle 23ai. Unfortunately, the release of Oracle 23ai (OnPrem) continues to be delayed.
In the meantime, Oracle has recently extended support for Oracle 19c. Here are the key details:
Premier Support (PS) for Oracle 19c will end on December 31, 2029.
Extended Support (ES) will be available from January 1, 2030, through December 31, 2032.
Error Correction/Patching will be available through December 31, 2032, with paid ES. Without paid ES, patching is only available until December 31, 2029.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Hi Linas
We have updated the request inline with the rebranding of the Oracle Version numbers. Currently Oracle 23ai Enterprise Edition is not available fas a download for on-prem installations which is the version that Curam would be certified against. We continue to monitor the availability of the On-Prem version and when this is made available we will put a plan in place to support this in the near future. We are aware that MSD would like this support to be in place by Q32025.

Hi, would it be possible to update the description of this to support Oracle 23ai (due to Oracle branding and feature set changes)
Hi Chris,
We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided our understanding of your request is as follows:
You are requesting that the version of Oracle supported with product be upgraded to Oracle 23c database to support the capabilities that are available in the newer version of the software.
The theme is aligned with our current strategy for our product to continue to stay current with third party tooling and we have accepted your suggestion as a consideration for a future release.
Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.
