Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Individual Denial/Individual Disposition for IS Applications

When submitting an application for IS Medical Assistance, there is no way to deny an applicant on an application if any other member of the application is eligible. Applicants must be notified of the disposition of their applications. Just Authorizing eligible members and taking no action on Ineligible members, per OOTB behavior, is not compliant with CMS requirements, per State of South Carolina Representatives.

    Hi Richard,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * When submitting an application for IS Medical Assistance, there is no way to deny an applicant on an application if any other member of the application is eligible. Applicants must be notified of the disposition of their applications.

We acknowledge the benefit of your suggested enhancement however, other features are taking a priority in our planning at this time. Although we will not be addressing this item in the near term, your suggestion will be available for future consideration.

Our understanding is that North Carolina has implemented individual disposition and DC has reviewed the NC approach. Product Development/OM has not received an additional request for enhancements and do not have inputs available that could be shared with your team.

In terms of the next steps, we recommend that you contact the Lab Services team in the US to understand what documentation/artefacts, etc. are already available which you could use as a starting point to begin the local customization to address this issue and progress the analysis. As a note, we will be providing an online community for customers to collaborate that is coming soon in the next couple of months.

We are closing this request and do not plan to take any further action. If you believe we have misunderstood your request please respond within 7 days with clarifications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. We are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your suggestions.

    Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team
